Graphic Designer

Are you looking to work with an amazing A-team of artists, activists, scientists, musicians, researchers (and all other “ists”,“cians”, and “ers”) to help build programming for marginalized communities? If yes, read on!

EMW is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our amazing design team.

 
 
 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce posters and web images to promote EMW programming and community events via our website and social media outlets

  • Work in tandem with our design team, communications team, and media team to develop content for digital and printed materials and ensure the smooth operation of our production schedule

  • Assist Development team with design for official documents, presentations, and printed media

REQUIREMENTS

  • A keen eye for modern visual and communications design

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team; willingness to give and receive feedback to/from other design team members

  • Excellent organizational skills, sense of accountability, and timely communication for remote work

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of printing formats, HTML & CSS, and/or animation

TYPE OF POSITION

  • 4-6 hours per week
